Our programs and services are designed to benefit a wide range of stakeholders, including individuals, communities, NGOs, government agencies, and businesses, who are committed to promoting sustainable peace and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria.

At ISPED, it is vital that everyone who works for us maintains the highest standards of conduct, integrity and ethics, and complies with local legislation.

Yes, we occasionally offer internship and job opportunities for individuals who are passionate about our mission and want to contribute their skills and expertise to our organization. We encourage you to visit our website or follow our social media channels for updates on available positions.

Volunteers play a key role in helping ISPED achieve its mission of promoting sustainable peace and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria.

As a volunteer, you can contribute to various aspects of our initiatives, including event support, community outreach, and fundraising activities. Whether you have a few hours to spare or are looking for a longer-term commitment, there are opportunities to match your interests and availability.

We value your time and commitment, and we want to ensure that your volunteer experience is fulfilling and meaningful. Before you begin volunteering with ISPED, we recommend discussing the time commitment and expectations for the role you’re interested in. This will help you make an informed decision and ensure that your skills and talents are utilized effectively to support our mission.

At ISPED, our focus is on empowering local communities and organizations in Nigeria to drive sustainable peace and entrepreneurship development initiatives. Therefore, we do not currently have an overseas volunteer program. Instead, we prioritize supporting the existing work and movements of local people and organizations overseas. This approach encourages the ongoing building of local capacity and ensures that initiatives are rooted in the context and needs of the communities we serve.

You don’t need any specialized skills to volunteer. Our volunteers come from a diverse range of backgrounds, professions and ages with a wide range of skills and experiences. From students to retirees, current or former refugees, professionals and people looking for work, volunteering is open to everyone.

Volunteerism lies at the heart of ISPED’s approach to promoting sustainable peace and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. Volunteers play a pivotal role in our commitment to community engagement and capacity building. By harnessing the time, skills, and dedication of volunteers, we significantly enhance our ability to carry out impactful programs and initiatives that benefit local communities and contribute to positive social change.

We measure our impact through various metrics, including the number of individuals and communities reached, businesses supported, jobs created, and policy changes advocated for. We continuously evaluate and adapt our programs to ensure they effectively contribute to our mission’s goals.
