ISPED engages youth in post-conflict communities through various initiatives such as job creation, education, and social welfare programs to facilitate the reintegration of former agitators. We encourage youth networking to promote intercultural dialogue, tolerance, and community-building.

Additionally, we identify and train potential entrepreneurs among youth, women, and people with disabilities, promoting economic self-reliance through capacity building and mentorship. ISPED also focuses on developing the small and medium enterprises sector to generate employment and support industrial growth.

ISPED actively networks and collaborates with the UN, governments, civil society, and the private sector to advance peace and development agendas. By promoting strategic partnerships, we aim to create a more inclusive and prosperous society, aligning with national priorities and policies.
